Background:
World famous lead singer of "the German band With the silly name" Fußgängerzone, Ludwig
embarked on a solo career during 2001 while fellow Fußgängerzone member Birgitte Möchtehaben was recovering
from a serious injury to his hand - rendering him temporarily unable to play his guitar. Ludwig's first single release,
'The Mungers Song EP' (which included the near-legendary Christmas song 'Let's All Get Pizzzed This Chrizzzmas')
became the biggest selling single in the history of Planet Earth at the end of 2001, when fans of Ludwig and
Fußgängerzone rioted and wreaked havoc around the shopping precincts and malls of the World trying to obtain sought
after copies of the single.
